I brought my Coton de Tulear to Kristen before an extended trip and couldn’t be happier! Maeve has a fine double coat and had never had a full grooming before, so I gave very specific instructions to make things easier for her sitters. Kristen listened patiently, understood exactly what I wanted, and executed it beautifully. The cut was even, soft, and perfectly suited to her complicated coat. I felt completely comfortable leaving Maeve in Kristen’s care—she was very loved and looked adorable afterward. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled groomer!

Brought my dog Tucker here the first time to have a fun Pups, Pancakes & PJs free event they hosted and everyone on staff was super nice and accommodating. Talked to Caitlin about allergy issues Tuck was having and she recommended a daily powder in his food and no lie within the week - no more sneezing. We came back for have him groomed (and a “Bark-cuterie” event they were hosting… stop it) and Kristin did an amazing job. All around one of the best experiences we’ve had and definitely recommend! Knowledgeable & friendly staff, cute little events and grooming skills all in one place.

Run don't walk to Wag Nation when in Newport with a dog needing a groom. I recently enjoyed the most positive, caring experience with my standard poodle puppy. The owner Tallia and groomer Kristine were experts at their respective jobs. My happy pup was returned to me looking handsome and in good spirits. Great combo. Great people. Great establishment.
